Sometimes from now I was thinking to write on Guruji, but trust me its almost impossible to write about Him. HE is beyond the expressions of words. Its impossible to define Him & tell about Him .Still I am saying something as human mind needs words to something to express. Like a lover cannot express that how much he loves to the partner. I also feels in the same way about Guruji & can say HE is beyond words beyond expressions to express. HE is like an experience & experience can only be experienced & can not be told in words. Like if you are a sick or you are feeling pain than that pain you can not express in words it’s the who is experiencing that pain that how much the pain is. Its here the words stop functions & you have to just experience that pain , love etc.
I was reading the “Guru of Joy” written by Francoise Gautier ( He is a French Journalist & also a Art of Living teacher).Somewhere Mr Francoise has written that Guruji is like a Peacock who has still not opened His full feathers in this world and we are waiting for the day when HE will dance like a peacock with full of His feathers. History will tell us that HE is the only spiritual master who has reached to all walks of life -religion, cast, creed, gender, nationalities, language & any other divisions we can think of made by the egoistic minds of man & lost somewhere the basic of life & that is love.

Q. When do we know that we are made up of love?
H.H Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Love cannot be known or understood. It can be felt only. The child doesn’t ask his mother – ‘What is your qualification, what do you do? Who are your friends? Tell me, then I'll love you’. Just like our body is made up of carbohydrates and amino acids, we are made up of this substance called love. Anger, greed, jealousy are all just distortions of love.
‘Love is that which cannot be expressed or hidden fully’
“If you keep trying to express it, then it will become just a sound and the feelings are lost. Saying “I love you” everyday and every time, it eventually turns into, “I can’t stand you!” Too much expression spoils things. If you don’t express at all, that is also not good. There needs to be moderation. Just like a seed – it does not germinate if you scatter it on the surface nor if you bury it too deep. It needs to be sown at just the right depth. In the same way, moderation is necessary.

Music unites all our hearts. Like music is the rhythm of the sound, the harmony in the sound, life also has to move in harmony. When all the different aspects of life are harmonized, life becomes music. Otherwise, it is noise!

All that is needed to make life harmonious, palatable, blissful – is called the Art of Living.
In a guitar, all the six strings have to be tuned; a drum needs to be tuned. Similarly, the various aspects of life have to be tuned. Our relationship with our Self, the people in our family, in the work-place, in society – all these need to be tuned.
The nurturing of the physical, social and spiritual aspects is called the Art of Living.
To be complete, be in peace with our Self, to be able to smile from the heart – we need to do certain things.
There are four sources of energy – food, sleep, breath, and meditation.
Breathing is very important; without breath, there is no value for our bodies. Yet neither at school, nor at home, have we been taught the importance of breathing. If we can understand the power of the breath, we can have a say over our thoughts, our feelings. We can control anger, negative moods. A few minutes of deep meditation gives so much energy.
You are made up of a substance called love. Like the body is made up of amino acids etc, the spirit is made up of love. Yet we have done very little to understand this. Everyone wants to love, and be loved, but we have not attended to the inner core of love. The power of love is so deep. It can heal people spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

The Art of Living is about enhancing that inner space of love in our life, and life around us; and that is meditation.
If you meditate in one place, it creates positive situations around you. Meditation is so much needed in the world today, it is the need of the hour. It brings peace to us, and changes the vibration in the environment.
When you leave this evening program, leave all your worries with me, as your gift to me. Go back home with a big smile. That is my mission, to bring a smile on every face, a smile that does not fade. Whenever you have worries, just post them to me! Have faith that only the right thing will happen to you. Trust in yourself and in God. Remove all negativities. The mind can go towards the negative. Must watch Movie. This is a very good movie for Movie lovers. Acting of Pankaj Kapoor is superb. This Movie is on humanity & concepts about Religion.

Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodhah.....Yoga Breaks the Modulations of the Mind.Observing our own mind & breaking the streams of thoughts in mind.
Guruji has beautifully explained this in one of the talks on Patanjali Yoga Sutra & emphasized on the need of Meditation & why one should do the Meditation. Our Mind dwells in 5 Modulations.Going beyond the 5 modulations is Yoga.
Ekhart tolly has explained this in his book Power of now & The New Earth, as the mind with full of thoughts is the sickness of mind….or voice in head. The mads who blabber all the time is not the only mad but all those whose voice in head is also the same , may be only the difference is of the degree of madness.
The present technology & science have given all the comforts to the human beings ,but at the same time has increased this madness . The humans have eatens the trees, innumerable wars, attackes on the fellow humans in the name of religion ,cast, creed, color, gender , nations, wealth,power, greediness & race .
People are becoming insecure of there position, status, power, money. This insecurity gives rise to greed & the greed to more consumption , more consumption to more money the greed & so on & on ..
So we all are mad & the people who does not want to be part of this madness considered to be the bigger MAD, this is the irony of the society where we are living.No mad will ever say that I am Mad but to recognise this madness in oneself is what the first step towards the spirituality or shifting towards the awareness or new consciuosness.
I think people will become more & more consious of this fact in coming days & years…..& first time in the history of mankind we will see a large no of people will go for IT ……Inner Transformation.
As Information Technology is changing the outer world, this Inner transformation will change the world completely.
Lets see how the coming days are going to come in the history of the man kind & where we will stand on this .

Have we felt that when we go to some hill station or any place for travelling & after some time than we feel tired & than we want to go back to home.
It happens correct? Mere sath to hua hai & I feel that yeh sab ke sath hota hai.
In a similar way, when the mind tired of all the things in life of repetitive use of everything may be the car of all varieties, houses of all kinds of stuffs, listening to music, watching TV games ,movies, making sex , eating of variety of food , sleep, producing, upbringing & playing with childrens ,travelling, & travelling in sky, travelling in sea, travelling in jungle travelling on hills, travelling on continents ,any other things which we can think of may be its get tired of everything & than it really wants to come back to the point where it feels that enough is enough I am bored of everything. I think that point where in we really want to return to the home for rest….the mind want to come to the rest.
I think that’s the point from where the journey of self starts. Dispassion starts. Which happened with 2500 yrs back to the son of a king at the age of around 25-30 yrs. HE must have tired of all the things of the life which was available to him & HE must have frustrated of that also, HE must have tired of that also. When we have everything in life than what we will do?
So its really very important to check our mind when we get tiredness of everything around us. Then only the Dispassion will start.
But Kabir Dasji has ritely said that its not easy to recognize this tiredness also

& that’s why Kabir Das ji has also said in the another beautiful mystical couplet

Means Kabira is sleeping & not reciting the name of god for liberation & one day will come when Yamraj will take him along & the body will remain here. ( Kabir has used the word Myan means the holder of the Sword- Here sword means the soul)

265 Days in Nigeria…& 100 days to go for 1 yr………………………………………….
Everything is uncertain in life……….our body….our surrounding…..people around us…..things around us….everything around us……& we are so much involved in uncertain things as they are certain…as they are perpetual…..as they will be here permanently…..including our own..body….which is changing every moment…….I was looking to my pics of just 1 yr back…..& I found the change in my face ……..
Guruji says that everything around us is changing & uncertain…..& we are ..into it stuck…..& only certain thing…is we our self …deep our soul….& are not aware of it….never…looked in to it……………….isn it
Lagos taught me exactly……what can be the height of the uncertainty……….this is the country…..where actually we can feel that uncertainty all around. Like the worn torn Iraq or Israel where the people can feel the uncertainty all around every day because of war. But here uncertainty is because of by the people & for the people.
It is amazing that 7th largest producer of Crude oil in the world has not a single Refinery of its own, they don’t have a capability to store the natural gas & burning it, they don’t have a power in their main commercial city & all over the place there is noise of Generators day & night. Amazingly fertile soil. This country has all the resources to become the best except management of human resources.

Some of the very interesting observations of this country viz a viz India.
Nigerians wish each other by smile even you don’t know them , even you are just passing on the road. We Indians seldom do that !!
Nigerians not only smiles but also greet you by saying good morning or how the night was or how was the weekend. We Indians seldom do that !!
They enjoy the weekend with the fullest. No body works on Saturday / Sunday. We Indians seldom do that we are the busiest in the world !!
They earn & they spend , they are not good in savings. Indians save & save & don’t enjoy the present !!
Maximum Christians will go to church on every Sunday at 10 AM & Majority of Musilms will pray 5 times a day. No comments on Indians!! We are secular!!
The people are simple in general but greedy about the money & corruption is very very high. We are equally bad may be more cunning & greedy than Nigerians.

There is more affinity towards there tribes than the Religion. Surprisingly in one family we can find one brother is Muslim & another is Christian & they are living in harmony. Its Impossible in India !
Woman are very respected here , Rape & crime against woman is almost negligible here. India is not safe for woman !
There are no thieves only the Robbers are here. In India we have both. After Robbery generally the robbers will not hurt the persons but in India anything can happen!
There is a very negative image of this country in the world but as such this country is not bad. Around may be more than 40000 Indians are living here in Lagos alone. There is an Indian Language school here with more than 1500 kids. Majority of Sindhis are in trading business here & making huge money.

Mission Green Earth & Stand Up & Take Action -2008

Mission Green Earth & stand up take action event succesfully organized world over & in Indore by Art of Living. We in Indore planted more than 8500 trees, but unfortunately as on record send to United Nations the figure of 7400 nos. We committed to plant another 95000 trees by July 2009. In Stand up & take action event app. 25000 people participated from around more than 35 institutions/schools etc. The major success in this Mission was to plant the trees in secured area so to look after by the responsible people. Sincerely if every single person plants 16 trees in next one year, we can wipe out major problems for ever from this planet. To protect our Environment is the major responsibility today. This will eradicate the imbalances in nature & natural disasters,floods etc .

In September 2000, 189 Heads of Nations came together to commit to work together to build a safer, more prosperous and equitable world for all by 2015 at the United Nations Millennium Summit, which gave birth to the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). In 2007, in an extraordinary initiative called Stand Up and Speak Out, assisted by governments and NGOs all over the world, a staggering 43.7 million people spread over 127 countries stood up within 24 hours and took an oath to end poverty. In 2008, the campaign is called Stand Up and Take Action.

One of the MDGs is to “ensure environmental sustainability”. Global warming is no longer “somebody else's” problem.

Green Earth is a commitment to plant 100 million trees and have a 100 million people stand up and take the oath on October 17, 18 or 19, 2008.

Indore AOL team has already geared up for this historic event.

Over 100 Pakistani youth from various universities underwent a 7-day program in the age group of 18 to 25 years at the Indus School of Arts and Architecture, Karachi. Muslims, Christians, Zoroastrians, Hindus and young people of the Sufi faith participated in the Youth Empowerment Seminar of AOL by Baba ( Khursheed Batliwala) & Dinesh Ghodke recently.
The aim was to empower the youth as individuals and then enable them totake responsibility for a violence-free, stress-free society.
Strategies were also discussed to take initiatives for breaking prejudices by bringing together people through music, dance, drama, arts, sports and social service. Almost all agreed to the fact that since we take food, fashion, music and technology from all over the world; it’s time to globalize wisdom as well and not just potato chips and fizzy drinks. The youth thus have a major role in deepening the roots and broadening the vision of a nation.
Really are we prejudiced ?? Are our roots are deepen & vision is broader.

This game is a course point in YES + ( A very powerful course for the Youths between 18 to 30 age group). Khursheed Batliwala (We call him lovingly as Bawa or Bau A very Sr. International faculty of AOL. He is with Guruji since last more than 15 years), shown interesting behaviour of mind through the game.
Guruji says that everything is changing & nothing is constant in life.
This is the very fundamental law of spirituality.
For changing ourselves - Learning ------ Retension ------Application-----Transformation.
We have to learn ,retain it ,apply it & than only transformation will happen.

Its heartening to hear that Sudhakar Shetty a property owner donated a 8500 sqft place at Ville Parle Mumbai to Yoga Center of Baba Ramdeo. Congratulations to Deputy Chief Minister R. R. Patil & Sudhakar Shetty for all there efforts. This place previously used as a Dance bar.All Shetty communitie in Mumbai runs the dance bars previouly, who are basically Kannadi from Karnataka this is a inspiration to all shettys to shift to some positive business.
Surprisingly this news didnt come in any of news papers, but I seen it in Yahoo News yesterday.
No papers today morning covered this news ? why ?
Media covers only Sen sational news & this news is boring ? People read / listen/ see only negative news ? Everything is market driven now in India , "Jo dikhta hai wo bikta hai".Media shows the content where expected TRP is high. Who to blame ? Yes we are responsible for this. Take Action. pl. comment.
